Trip Noronha officially started their services as a tourism agency less than two years ago, though it has been six years since Pedro Capelossi arrived in Fernando de Noronha (back then as a tourist) and never again left it.
As a qualified diving instructor he has completed more than five thousand dives, and has helped make true the dream of more than 20 thousand divers eager to learn to dive themselves and so they too can experience the wonder of the archipelago's rich ocean floor.
Working always through partnerships with local companies and guides, Pedro has given total support to the training process that enables locals to become qualified diving instructors and technical divers.
Over the past two years Trip Noronha has made two big partnerships; one with a diving operator whose commanders and local instructors (many of which were trained by Pedro) are locals, and one receptive tourism company that offers outing in general with local born guides. Both companies were chosen because of their everlasting preoccupation with local tourism sustainability. All the while Pedro continues to train and qualify more of the island's native people as underwater and inland guides.
Trip Noronha, and partner companies, always work with small groups or even sole individuals, in order to create the least possible impact on our fragile island ecosystem.
