The inn began with just three simple apartments inside a house and it was then that the extension of the structures took place.
Even with the great extension and complete use of the marked area, the new structure was thought so Noronha's nature wouldn't be in any way degraded, and that happened without the falling of a single tree.
In the total, nine bungalows were constructed over platforms, and by that avoiding interference with the water course in the rain period. All environment norms were correctly followed in the implantation and realisation of this wonderful project of architectural engineering.

More than 31 days in advance: 80% of the total bill will be refunded
Less than 30 days in advance: 1 (one) daily rate will be charged as a cancellation fee and the rest of the credit can be used for booking a room in another available period;
Less than 15 days in advance: the entire credit will be lost, charged as a cancellation fee;
Hollidays, Christmas, New Year and Carnaval packages: the entire credit will be lost, charged as a cancellation fee;
For any reimbursement requiring a bank transfer a processing fee will be charged.
This policy includes all social, political, and natural contingencies, health status and acts of God that can occur.
